INSTRUCTION
There two parts to the tutorial. One part explains how to play the game. The other part explains how to start the game. For this round, the player taking on the role of government will have to start the game.

a) Please comment on how easy it is to use the tutorial.
b) At the end of the game session, please comment on how the tutorial could be improved upon.

Need to get users (esp. first time users) to go through the tutorial slowly and thoroughly. It would be better if users could go through the tutorial at least two times.
More trial could be incorporated for first time users to 'play with' the functions/icons so as to get more familiarised with them.

the tutorial could be improved in the sense that there are many icons and pp need to see the interrealtionship between them. Also the pace of the tutoial seems fast
(a) It is critical that students need to be instructed that they should go through tutorial patiently and thoroughly. Failure to do so would render a situation where many students in the class would not understand the objective of the mission and how to achieve the obj and wld start asking for teacher's help. As such, teacher might run into the situation where she/he might not be readily available to answer students' query during the game. In this case, classroom management is critical.
