nope, there hasn't been a 'choke point'

YES, major choke point. insufficient technology, so i cant manufacture anything. i don't know which role is responsible, but the farmer had technology while i didnt. and, the problem is still unresolved ;/

Q2.we were choked when there was no ENERGY.whole team could not move on as a result..
the govt is reponsible for this! took all the money and there was no profit gained..we couldnt solve the problem in the end..even after selling most of our assets..
we couldn't communicate well and thus fail

1b)no. we are always lacking of technology. we are trying to produce as much as we can but we are always facing obstacles such as lacking of $$. we are always short of technology thus we always cannot build machinery.
